We are located in Bangalore. We currently do not have any physical stores. 

A customer with a registered account on our website can track the status of their order by logging into their account and then heading to

Otherwise too, as soon as your order has been placed / ready for shipping / shipped out, an email with the details of your order will be sent to you.  

You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Yes, it can be gift-wrapped. The gift wrap charges are Rs.25 per item. You can select the “Add Gift Wrap” option in your cart for the desired order item.

Yes, we can. You can add a note on the checkout page to not include the invoice in your order OR you can also contact us via email or whatsapp with your order ID and we will be happy to assist you.

You can share your order query with us via email or WhatsApp and we will get in touch with you at the earliest.

We are very sorry. We have stopped taking orders for customisations except for customising the size of kitchen valances. 

However, you can add a gift wrap or gift message at the checkout page while placing your order.

You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, Paypal, or Razorpay.

Yes, you can get in touch with us via email or whatsapp we will share the required details with you.

We don’t ship internationally, we are in the process of setting up our international shipping.

We process and ship out all the orders received on our website within 2-4 days from the day of receiving them. 

We use India Post's Speed Post service as our shipping partners. Speed Post takes anything between 3 - 7 working days to deliver orders across the country. 

Hence, you can expect your order to reach you definitely within 12 working days from the day of placing the order. 

*Customised orders take longer time. Kindly discuss this with us at the time of confirming the order via whatsapp or Instagram chat.

No, unfortunately we currently do not provide Cash on Delivery (i.e. COD) service.

We take great care to ensure that you’re shopping experience is smooth and seamless. As per our policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would re-fulfil your order or offer a credit voucher of the same value. To return or exchange a product, please write to us on hello@mycupofdecor along with your order number, a picture of the received product clearly showing the damage/defect, contact information or call us at +91 9019355233 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

No, it is not mandatory to have an account to shop on www.mycupofdecor.com . You can checkout as a guest too. 

However, registering for an account has benefits like- tracking orders, accessing the wishlist, reviewing past purchases & to know about special promotions through emails sent to you by us.

We do provide you with the opportunity to create your own wishlist where you can select product(s) for further purchase. But this does not hold the product for a later date. It gives you easy access to buy that product only if the quantity is still available.

Availability of each product is mentioned on the product page. If it is not available, it will show 'Sold Out'.

We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. To make sure that our customers; shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using Razorpay which is highly secure to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep your details on file; this is why we ask you for your card details each time you make a purchase.

Though we love when you make  our products a part of your home, sometimes due to our products being sold out or the last units not passing our final quality check, we may cancel your order. 

Your order may also be cancelled if the payment has not come through to us even after 24 hours of placing the order. We are forced to do this in order to release the blocked inventory.
